Agreement

By accessing 9STARNZ or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms of Service. The site is operated by 9STARNZ INC., 18011 Iselt Court, Tomball, TX 77377, UNITED STATES. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Digital Products

We sell digital design files (2D and 3D). No physical product is shipped. After payment, a download link is emailed to you. Please see our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for details.

License

When you buy a file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or commercial projects, as described on the product page, such as producing finished items that you make or sell. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or upload the files themselves, in original or modified form, as digital files, templates or stock. All intellectual property rights remain with 9STARNZ INC. or its licensors.

Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability. You agree to provide accurate billing and email information, as your download link is sent to that email address.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use our files for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

Files are provided "as is". We take care in preparing them, but we do not guarantee that they will suit your particular machine, software or purpose, or that results will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9STARNZ INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
