Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery Only

9STARNZ INC. sells digital design files (2D and 3D). We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no carriers, parcels or shipping charges on any order.

How You Receive Your Files

Once your payment has been successfully processed, we send an email containing a secure download link to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally within minutes. Click the link, download the files and save them to your computer.

Did Not Receive Your Email?

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Confirm the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.
• Add [email protected] to your contacts and wait a few minutes.

If the email still has not arrived, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will resend your download link.

Download Tips

Download links may be limited in time or number of downloads, so please save your files in a safe place right after downloading. Some files are provided as ZIP archives and need to be extracted before use. If a download fails or a file will not open, let us know and we will help.
